Draft for legal review. This text describes how Unfaded Words works today. Everything in a grey [box] must be completed or confirmed by a lawyer before Unfaded Words is offered to the public.
In short

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [company or owner name], [registered address] ("we", "us") for using Unfaded Words. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

2. What Unfaded Words is

Unfaded Words lets you upload an exported WhatsApp chat with someone you miss. An AI (provided by Anthropic) learns how they wrote from that chat and replies in a similar style. Unfaded Words also lets you read and search the original chat ("Real moments").

Please understand:

3. Your safety

If Unfaded Words notices signs that you may be in serious distress, it pauses the tribute and shows you helplines. This is an automatic check and it can miss things or react when it isn't needed. It is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number now.

Unfaded Words may also suggest a short break after a long conversation, and lets you pause a memory for a while.

4. Who can use Unfaded Words

5. Your chats and content

6. What you must not do

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. Where possible we will tell you first and let you download your data.

7. Free trial, plans and payments

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Unfaded Words available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features. If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you before the change applies. If we ever close Unfaded Words, we will give you notice and time to download your data.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from "Your account". This permanently deletes your memories and cannot be undone. Unused plan time or replies are not refunded when you delete your account, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Liability

[Lawyer: limitation of liability suitable for your country (it must not exclude what the law does not allow)]

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [country whose law applies]. [Lawyer: how disputes are handled (courts or arbitration, and where)]

12. Contact
